The Opportunity
Join Systel Business Equipment as a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. This role involves answering phone calls and responding to emails from various departments including Customers, Branch Managers, Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Sales Representatives.
- Answer calls coming into the Customer Service Queue and the Sales, MGR, Tech Queue
- Assist with inquiries in a polite, timely, and courteous manner
- Handle a variety of customer needs and requests efficiently
