Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to pet-owner inquiries received by phone, email, and live chat regarding routine veterinary services and care topics
• Coordinate and confirm veterinary appointment bookings while keeping schedules accurately updated
• Share clear, standard information on common pet health issues, preventive care, and product options
• Capture detailed notes from every conversation inside the customer-management system for seamless follow-up
• Triage more complex concerns and transfer them smoothly to qualified veterinary colleagues
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recognizing patterns in customer needs and sharing practical feedback with the team
