Your Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, including unit maintenance, security checks, and inventory management.
• Evaluate potential customers' storage needs and recommend appropriate units based on their requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the self-storage industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position.
