Position Summary

We are excited to share that we are looking for Part Time retail stars to join our team at BP Connect Blue Moon in Palmerston North. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle inquiries and complaints from customers promptly and effectively
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends as required
