The Opportunity

Believe Resourcing PTY is seeking Customer Service Consultants to join their UK campaign team based in Melkbosstrand, Cape Town City Centre. This role offers a full-time position with rotational shifts covering Monday through Sunday, aligned to the UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service over phone and email
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Work in a fast-paced environment with varying shift schedules

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of international call centre experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with availability for rotational shifts
