What You'll Do
- Engage in intentional discernment of your calling to cross-cultural missions work
- Complete focused training and preparation for the Ministry of Partnership Development
- Work directly with experienced ministry leaders and your assigned Ministry Assignment Leader
- Pursue specific goals and milestones set collaboratively by the Missions Department and your leadership mentor
- Develop practical skills and cultural competency for ministry in diverse, global settings
- Contribute meaningfully to ministry initiatives aligned with the organization's mission

- Commitment to personal spiritual formation and professional development
