What This Role Involves

This newly created role will support with company growth and increased workload. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team's overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely collections
• Process invoices and chase payments as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Support the team in achieving financial targets and KPIs
• Work closely with other departments to resolve payment issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with accounting software and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
