Role Overview

Core Duties

- Lead revenue recognition processes and manage cash forecasting and treasury operations
- Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and processes to support business growth
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of accountants, ensuring clear expectations and accountability
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely decision-making

- Broad accounting experience in a small to mid-sized, multi-entity organization
- Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with practical leadership skills
