Pragma Lawyers is seeking a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join our award-winning law firm. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against budgets
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What You Bring
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (CPA/CFA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry
