About the Role

As a Construction Superintendent at Cherokee Enterprises, Inc., you will own the day-to-day direction of jobsite activity for aviation and vehicular fuel construction projects. Based in Medley, Miami-Dade County, you will translate project plans into smooth, well-sequenced field work while partnering closely with project leadership to keep every milestone moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct the daily activities of field crews to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Supervise onsite operations and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and vendors working on the project.
• Contribute practical, field-informed insight to the creation of the overall project schedule.
• Follow the established schedule and drive timely completion while keeping work within budget.
• Work hand in hand with the Project Manager, maintaining clear and consistent communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supervising construction field operations, ideally within aviation or vehicular fuel systems.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills, with the ability to sequence crews, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Solid communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with project management.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Medley, Miami-Dade County.
