You assist the Community and Leasing Managers in attaining KPI goals for the site. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-rate customer service at the front desk, help existing residents, and pitch in on leasing-related activities when needed
• Manage package arrivals, answer questions from people living on site, and help keep the lobby environment secure
• Support leasing colleagues during property showings and while handling applications
• Contribute to the ongoing administrative duties and leasing work that keep the community operating effectively
• Exercise solid communication ability, show up reliably, and interact with residents plus prospective renters using a cheerful attitude

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on customer service and sales background
• Excellent skills for communicating clearly and effectively
• Past exposure to Entrata Software or familiarity with other property management software constitutes a plus
• Capacity for staying calm and steady amid high-pressure circumstances
• Enthusiasm for and pride in delivering outstanding customer service
• A warm, welcoming personal style
• Basic computer proficiency covering typing speed and ability to compose correspondence along with memos
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
