About the Role
As the Community Relations Manager (Healthcare: Skilled Nursing Facilities) at Prosperity Training Center, you will serve as the public face of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training school. Based in Modesto, this on-site role centers on cultivating durable relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) statewide and on sourcing Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who satisfy California Department of Public Health (CDPH) standards. It is an ideal fit for a relationship-driven professional who understands the skilled nursing landscape and enjoys connecting people, facilities, and educational opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout California on behalf of the school.
- Act as the primary liaison representing Prosperity Training Center's CNA program to facility partners and the wider healthcare community.
- Identify, recruit, and engage Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who meet CDPH eligibility requirements.
- Build referral channels and outreach initiatives that support student placement and facility staffing needs.
- Represent the organization at community, industry, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Background in community relations, business development, healthcare outreach, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing Facilities, the CNA/LVN workforce, and CDPH requirements is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and partnership-building skills.
- Self-directed and able to manage outreach across multiple California regions.
- Willingness to work on-site in Modesto, Stanislaus County.
