What You'll Do
- Research and compile property information using licensed industry databases and public records
- Analyze comparable sales, rental rates, and market trends to support valuation conclusions
- Prepare financial models, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for appraisal reports
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with senior appraisers
- Compile market research and economic data relevant to property valuations
- Assist in the production of comprehensive appraisal reports and valuation deliverables
- Support multiple simultaneous client engagements across commercial real estate sectors
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related discipline
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn proprietary software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
