Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted credit and production advisor within the Commercial Banking Center
- Help drive sound credit decisions, portfolio quality, and exceptional client experiences
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers and leadership to structure complex commercial transactions
- Identify opportunities for growth and proactively manage risk across a diverse commercial portfolio
Qualifications
Experience in the banking industry is preferred, particularly within commercial lending. A strong understanding of financial analysis and credit evaluation processes is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including Relationship Managers and leadership teams.
