About the Role

Join a respected contractor as a key team member in estimating and project management for commercial painting operations. You'll evaluate client specifications, prepare detailed pricing proposals, and oversee project execution to deliver quality results and maintain profitability.

What You'll Do

• Assess job sites and review project specifications to create accurate material and labor cost estimates for commercial work
• Develop comprehensive proposals and bids tailored to client requirements and market conditions
• Monitor project budgets throughout execution to ensure cost control and maintain target margins
• Coordinate with crew leaders, material suppliers, and subcontractors to schedule resources and negotiate pricing
• Maintain client relationships through the bid and project delivery phases
• Track progress against schedule and budget, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Document scope changes, project specifics, and communications for accuracy and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in commercial painting estimation or project management
• Thorough understanding of painting materials, labor costs, and commercial market rates
• Ability to interpret blueprints and assess project scope accurately
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with clients and trade partners
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office; CRM systems are beneficial
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Valid driver's license and regular availability for on-site visits
