About the Role
This full-time, on-site position with Ladder places you at the center of commercial electrical work across all phases of construction. You'll collaborate with fellow electricians, foremen, and superintendents to drive projects from rough-in through final inspection in the Cartersville area and surrounding northwest Georgia markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commercial electrical installations across multiple project phases, from initial rough-in to final trim-out
- Coordinate with team members, foremen, and superintendents to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain workmanship standards in compliance with applicable electrical codes and commercial project requirements
- Support oversight of installation activities on active commercial job sites
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent demonstrated commercial field experience
- Solid background in commercial electrical systems and multi-phase project work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew and take direction from foremen or superintendents
- Candidates with foreman or superintendent experience are also encouraged to apply
- Must be able to work on-site in the northwest Georgia and Cartersville, Bartow County area
