Clinical Nurse Consultant - CAMHS Patient Flow

Position Summary
This role is part of the statewide CYMHS Patient Flow team and serves as a triage service for all CYMHS. As a triage clinician, you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide initial assessments and referrals for children and young people's mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and triage of referrals for CAMHS patients
- Work collaboratively with the statewide CYMHS Patient Flow team to ensure efficient patient flow through the service
- Provide clinical guidance and support to other healthcare professionals within the team
- Participate in case reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for triage processes

- A registered nurse with experience in child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
