Artur Express Inc. is now hiring experienced Class A CDL team drivers for full-time, over-the-road dry van operations based in Notre Dame, St. Joseph County. If you have at least two years of professional driving experience and are ready to earn more through a performance-based compensation model, this opportunity is designed for you.

About the Role

As a Class A CDL team driver with Artur Express Inc., you'll operate commercial vehicles on extended cross-country routes while working in partnership with another driver. The team driver model allows both operators to maintain proper rest periods while keeping your assigned freight moving safely across the country. You'll work as a W2 employee with the security and benefits of direct, full-time employment.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles professionally across multi-state, over-the-road routes
• Coordinate with your team partner to optimize driving schedules and rest compliance
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate logbooks and ensure full DOT regulatory compliance
• Transport dry van freight securely to designated locations on schedule
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route status, delays, and cargo updates

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Minimum two years of verifiable professional driving experience
• Thorough knowledge of DOT regulations, safety protocols, and vehicle operation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a driving team in close quarters
• Strong communication skills and consistent reliability
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules inherent to OTR operations

Pay & Benefits

Our 2025 team driver pay plan rewards performance: earn a base rate of $0.71 per revenue mile, with an additional $0.20 per mile bonus once you surpass 17,000 miles in a month—reaching up to $0.93 per revenue mile. You'll receive weekly paychecks, 401(k) matching contributions, and the stability of W2 employment.
