About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our local reefer routes. This is a full-time position with no remote work required. Our drivers will be responsible for transporting freight in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to all company policies and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver cargo as directed by the dispatch team
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and vehicle condition
- Ensure compliance with DOT safety regulations and company policies
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on company equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- A valid Class A CDL license with appropriate endorsements (reefer endorsement preferred)
- At least one year of commercial driving experience, preferably in the reefer industry
- A clean driving record and a good safety history
- Prioritizes safety and follows all company policies and DOT regulations
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and dispatch team
