About the Role
As Site Director for our After School program, you'll oversee all daily operations at our Montville location, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where students thrive. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines administrative responsibility with direct involvement in program delivery.
What You'll Do
- Direct and supervise all aspects of the After School program operations at the site
- Lead and mentor the program staff team to maintain high standards of care and instruction
- Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations, safety protocols, and program standards
- Manage daily scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, school partners, and community stakeholders
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programming
- Monitor student progress and create supportive learning environments
- Handle enrollment, documentation, and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Experience in childcare, youth development, or educational program management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of child development and best practices in youth programming
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Commitment to creating inclusive, safe, and nurturing environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
