LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Child and Adolescent Outpatient Licensed Therapist in Lake Nepessing, Lapeer County, to join our growing practice. We're building a team of compassionate clinical professionals dedicated to delivering accessible, evidence-based behavioral health care to young people and their families.

About the Role

In this position, you'll provide individual and family therapy for children, teens, and adolescents in both in-person and telehealth settings. You'll work in a supportive clinical environment where flexibility and patient outcomes are prioritized, allowing you to balance meaningful clinical work with sustainable work-life integration.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent clients
• Deliver individual therapy, family sessions, and group interventions across diagnoses including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and communicate regularly with care team members and primary physicians
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and consultation to support treatment excellence
• Work flexibly between in-office and virtual appointments based on client needs and your preferences
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice

What We're Looking For

• Current Michigan license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW
• Clinical experience or strong interest in child and adolescent mental health
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to continuously develop professionally
