About the Role

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering an environment where children can thrive. This role involves providing high-quality care and support for young children in a nurturing setting.

Core Duties

• Provide safe, engaging, and educational activities that promote the development of each child
• Support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth of the children under your care
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment
• Prepare and maintain records related to the children's progress and well-being
• Participate in regular training sessions and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Previous experience working in a childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not essential
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• The ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• First aid certification is desirable
