The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer at Gembridge Australia. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our organization, which supports people experiencing personal and financial hardship through advocacy, representation, sector development, and operational support.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance services offered by Gembridge Australia.
- Lead the management team in achieving organizational goals while ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Represent Gembridge Australia at key stakeholder meetings, including with Community Information & Support Victoria (CISVic).
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting to ensure sustainable growth and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, funding agencies, and community partners.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in executive management roles within the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in strategic leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in community support services or related fields.
