Your team will manage professional freight operations, maintain delivery schedules, and handle the day-to-day responsibilities of reefer trucking. This lease-purchase model combines the independence and earning potential of owner-operation with the freight network and operational support of an established carrier.
What You'll Do
- Operate a team-based refrigerated truck on long-haul freight lanes across North America
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on reefer equipment
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and load capacity
- Maintain vehicle compliance, safety standards, and on-time delivery performance
- Manage temperature-sensitive freight with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with refrigerated endorsement
- Demonstrated over-the-road driving experience
- Clean driving record and current DOT compliance
- Team-focused work ethic and reliable communication
- Mechanical knowledge and commitment to vehicle maintenance
- Ability to complete driver qualification and orientation process
