About the Role

Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join as team lease operators on our refrigerated freight division. Based in Dewey, Yavapai County, this over-the-road position routes across all 48 states, transporting temperature-sensitive cargo that requires precision, professionalism, and unwavering reliability. As a team driver, you'll partner with another experienced operator to maximize efficiency and earnings while maintaining our reputation for on-time, intact deliveries.

What You'll Do

• Operate refrigerated tractors and trailers across all 48 states on dedicated team routes
• Maintain strict temperature control and cargo integrity throughout each shipment
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and address maintenance needs promptly
• Coordinate driving schedules with your team partner to optimize uptime and earnings
• Comply with DOT regulations, Hours of Service rules, and company safety standards
• Build client relationships through reliable, professional service
• Earn weekly pay, stop pay, and participate in monthly safety and performance incentives

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with refrigerated (reefer) endorsement, or willingness to obtain
• Minimum 2+ years of commercial driving experience, preferably refrigerated transport
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background and DOT medical screening
• Strong commitment to safety, vehicle maintenance, and professional standards
• Ability to work extended hours and manage dynamic OTR scheduling
• Mechanical aptitude and pride in equipment care
