Hazmat – CDL-A Owner Operator – OTR – H/N Endorsements Required

Action Resources is now hiring Owner Operators with a CDL-A license to run our Hazmat and roll-off waste routes across the United States. This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) opportunity based out of Mechanicsville, Maryland, offering competitive annual compensation between $275,000 and $300,000 for qualified drivers.

About the Role

As an Owner Operator with Action Resources, you'll run dedicated Hazmat and roll-off waste routes, hauling specialized loads across regional and long-haul lanes. This role demands precision, compliance, and the professional standards that come with handling hazardous materials—where safety and on-time delivery directly impact your bottom line and our reputation.

What You'll Do

• Transport hazardous materials and roll-off waste loads on OTR routes throughout the United States
• Maintain DOT compliance, vehicle inspections, and logbook accuracy on every haul
• Handle specialized cargo operations requiring H and N endorsement expertise
• Build consistent, profitable routes while managing your own fleet operations
• Work directly with dispatch to optimize load assignments and scheduling

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with H Endorsement (Hazardous Materials) and N Endorsement (Tanker Vehicles)
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT medical certification
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Reliable equipment or willingness to operate with provided resources
