About the Role

As the Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator, you will serve as a key administrative partner to our Catholic Chaplain and faith leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of worship services, community events, and parish communications. This role bridges pastoral care with day-to-day logistics, making meaningful work in service of your faith community.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with the Catholic Chaplain and Priest to organize and prepare for Mass, holy days, and religious observances
• Manage preparation of liturgical materials, sacred vessels, and Eucharistic elements for all worship services
• Produce and distribute weekly parish bulletins, announcements, and spiritual communications to the community
• Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive monthly faith community calendar of events and observances
• Support the Catholic community registry and membership records
• Assist with community outreach, faith formation activities, and pastoral programs

• Practicing Catholic with strong commitment to the faith and parish life
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic document preparation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail in liturgical and sacramental matters
• Ability to work collaboratively with clergy and lay volunteers
