About the Role
This is a full-time in-home caregiving position serving a client in the Wrightsville Beach area. You'll work consistent morning hours from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM every day of the week, enabling you to provide reliable continuity of care and develop a strong relationship with your client. Right at Home Wilmington specializes in person-centered, dignified care that supports clients in maintaining independence and wellbeing within their own homes.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct personal care assistance and daily support to your assigned client
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal needs as required
- Deliver companionship and emotional support throughout your shift
- Ensure the client's home environment remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained
- Communicate clearly with the client, their family members, and your care team
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes or concerns promptly
