About the Role

As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide with BrightSpring Health Services, you'll deliver essential care and companionship to clients throughout Camano Island and Island County. Working in clients' homes, you'll provide the personalized support that enables them to stay safe, healthy, and comfortable in the environments where they feel most secure.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Prepare meals and provide nutritional support tailored to client needs
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement to promote well-being
• Support mobility and safe transfers with proper techniques
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Remind clients about medications and monitor health status changes
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with family and medical professionals
• Coordinate appointments, errands, and transportation assistance as needed
