About the Role

As a Canine Coach in Capshaw, you'll spend your day surrounded by happy, energetic pups in a fast-paced dog daycare, boarding, and spa environment. This is a hands-on, on-site position for someone who thrives on activity, stays organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping dogs grow into well-mannered, confident companions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage dogs throughout the playroom, keeping every guest safe, active, and content
• Guide dogs toward better social habits, supporting their growth into well-behaved canine citizens
• Keep play areas clean, organized, and welcoming for both pups and their families
• Stay attentive to group dynamics, reading body language to prevent issues before they start
• Deliver dependable daycare, boarding, and spa support as part of a close-knit team
