CoreWeave, a publicly traded AI infrastructure company, is hiring a Business Development Manager, AI Partnerships to join our ecosystem team in New York, NY, Sunnyvale, CA, or San Francisco, CA on a full-time basis. You'll lead strategic initiatives that connect CoreWeave with industry partners shaping the artificial intelligence landscape.
About the Role
This position centers on cultivating and nurturing partnerships within the data science, machine learning, and cloud computing sectors. You'll serve as a primary liaison between CoreWeave and enterprise partners—including cloud providers, infrastructure vendors, and software developers—to create integrated solutions that accelerate technology adoption and revenue growth. Your work will span partnership strategy, integration planning, joint marketing, and co-selling initiatives that expand CoreWeave's footprint across North America.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard strategic partners in infrastructure, cloud platforms, and independent software vendor categories, with emphasis on the AI and machine learning data ecosystem
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies, product integrations, and co-innovation initiatives that create measurable value for both organizations
- Lead co-selling efforts on large-scale deals, aligning CoreWeave sales teams with partner organizations to accelerate deal progression
- Partner with marketing to design and deploy co-branded campaigns and materials that support regional revenue targets
- Create and execute quarterly business scorecards with partners, tracking key performance indicators and joint activities to ensure alignment and accountability
- Engage partner field teams to communicate CoreWeave's competitive advantages and technical differentiation
- Act as CoreWeave's principal representative within partner organizations, clearly articulating our market positioning and value
- Work collaboratively across sales, product, and marketing functions to align on partner priorities and drive shared outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in partnership development, business development, or related roles focused on the artificial intelligence, machine learning, data, or cloud sectors
- Demonstrable experience managing high-impact partnerships with major infrastructure providers such as NVIDIA, and proven success with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud
- Deep working knowledge of the modern AI stack, including relevant companies, products, technical architecture, and real-world use cases across the ecosystem
- Skilled communicator who translates complex technical concepts effectively for diverse audiences—from engineers to C-level executives
- Proven ability to design compelling joint value propositions and secure sustained commitment from senior partner leadership
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated excellence in negotiation, presentation, and strategic business planning
- Demonstrated track record collaborating cross-functionally with GTM, marketing, and product teams to deliver measurable results
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting strategic priorities, and executing methodically against ambitious growth targets
