About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our business at retail locations across Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. You'll engage directly with shoppers, provide product samples, and tell the story of our small-batch, artisanal products. This is an in-person role that requires reliable, personable individuals who genuinely believe in what we make.
What You'll Do
- Set up and manage tasting tables at local retail partners throughout Charlotte
- Offer samples of our pickles, jams, and salsas to customers
- Share product knowledge and answer customer questions about ingredients and flavor profiles
- Build enthusiasm for our brand and encourage retail purchases
- Maintain clean, organized tasting stations that reflect our brand quality
- Track customer interest and gather feedback on products
- Represent Pickle Jam and Salsa Kitchen professionally and warmly in all customer interactions
