What This Role Involves

As Foreman, you'll take charge of daily operations across hydrovac and excavation services, ensuring every project meets safety, efficiency, and quality expectations. You'll manage crew coordination, oversee equipment operations, and verify that all work complies with company standards and federal safety regulations. Your leadership directly impacts operational profitability and customer satisfaction on every job site.

Core Duties

• Lead and supervise field crews performing hydro-excavation and specialty services
• Monitor job site safety, enforce OSHA compliance, and ensure company safety protocols are consistently followed
• Verify work quality and confirm all projects meet contracted specifications and timelines
• Manage equipment operation, coordinate maintenance, and oversee site logistics
• Document project progress, report issues, and communicate with management and clients
• Train team members on service techniques, safety practices, and operational procedures

What You Bring

• Proven experience operating or supervising hydro-excavation equipment and services
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and demonstrated commitment to safety compliance
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Solid grasp of project management, scheduling, and quality control
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in all weather conditions
