Outside Sales Representative – Walmart – KEN’S/Campbell’s

Acosta Group is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative – Walmart – KEN'S/Campbell's in Upland, San Bernardino County, supporting two iconic food brands inside one of the nation's largest retailers.

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) with Acosta Group, you will serve as the in-store connection between KEN'S, Campbell's, and Walmart shoppers across the Upland, California area (ZIP 91786). This merchandising-focused field position puts you on the sales floor, where your work helps ensure these trusted products are well represented, well stocked, and ready to win at the shelf. The role is based on-site in San Bernardino County and is not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent KEN'S and Campbell's brands at assigned Walmart locations in the Upland area.
• Carry out merchandising activities, including stocking, restocking, and maintaining strong product presence on the shelf.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with store personnel and management.
• Identify selling opportunities and support promotional execution to drive product visibility.
• Monitor inventory conditions and communicate needs to keep shelves full and accurate.

Qualifications

• Comfort working independently in a retail, field, or store-based environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned Walmart locations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with store teams.
• Attention to detail and a hands-on, self-motivated approach to merchandising.
• Ability to perform the physical aspects of in-store stocking and product handling.

Compensation
