First Onsite - US is hiring a full-time Regional Director - Restoration/Construction in Druid Hills, DeKalb County to take charge of an entire region's restoration and construction operations and turn strategy into measurable results.

About the Role

As Regional Director - Restoration/Construction at First Onsite - US, you will hold full accountability for the performance and growth of your region in Druid Hills, DeKalb County. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position where you shape the regional vision, energize teams, and work shoulder to shoulder with senior leadership to turn ambitious plans into everyday execution across restoration and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall success, profitability, and direction of your assigned region.
• Define a clear regional vision and set priorities that move performance forward.
• Convert company-wide strategy into practical, day-to-day operational plans.
• Oversee regional restoration and construction operations from end to end.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver on major initiatives.
• Keep teams aligned, motivated, and focused on shared goals and standards.
• Monitor results and drive continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in the restoration and/or construction industry.
• A track record of managing multi-site or regional operations and meeting performance targets.
• Strong strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to translate big-picture goals into action.
• Excellent people-leadership skills to align, coach, and inspire diverse teams.
• Comfort collaborating with and reporting to senior executive leadership.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Druid Hills, DeKalb County area (this role is not remote).
