About the Role
As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll serve as the critical final link in real estate and financial transactions across the greater Framingham area. This full-time position connects credentialed, background-screened notaries with a steady stream of loan signings, legal document executions, and notarization appointments sourced directly through our platform's daily job feed.
What You'll Do
- Travel to borrower, client, or office locations throughout Framingham and Middlesex County to facilitate document signings
- Preside over real estate loan closings, including purchase transactions, refinances, and home equity signings
- Verify signer identity using government-issued identification in accordance with Massachusetts notary law
- Complete notarial certificates accurately and return executed signing packages to title companies and lenders on schedule
- Maintain thorough signing logs and handle all documents with strict confidentiality
- Access daily notary job feeds and loan signing opportunities through the Certified Mobile Notary Service platform
- Stay current with Massachusetts notarial statutes, best practices, and any updates to signing agent standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Notary Public commission in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent (CNSA) credential, or willingness to obtain prior to first assignment
- Successful completion of a background screening
- Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation for travel within Middlesex County and surrounding areas
- Active Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance policy
- Exceptional attention to detail when handling multi-page loan document packages
- Professional, composed communication style with borrowers, escrow officers, and lenders
- Flexibility to accept assignments during evenings or weekends as closing schedules demand
