About the Role

As Banquet Manager at our Nashville Live! venue, you will own the day-to-day success of banquet operations in Davidson County. This full-time, on-site position puts you at the center of memorable functions, where your leadership keeps service polished, standards high, and outcomes consistent from setup through final service.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold the venue's established benchmarks for quality, guest service, and operational consistency across every banquet event.
• Direct the banquet team's daily operations, clearly conveying goals and coordinating schedules and task assignments.
• Communicate, interpret, and uphold company policies and procedures among banquet staff.
• Provide input on and help carry out staffing actions, including compensation recommendations and corrective measures.
• Partner with kitchen, sales, and event teams to deliver seamless execution from preparation to breakdown.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience within banquets, catering, or food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to schedule, delegate, and motivate a team during high-volume events.
• A guest-first mindset paired with attention to detail and consistent quality standards.
• Effective communicator who can enforce policies fairly and professionally.
• Availability to work a flexible, full-time, on-site schedule in Nashville, including evenings and weekends as events require.
