Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and decorative elements
• Maintain meticulous cleanliness and sanitation throughout event spaces before, during, and after functions
• Coordinate with banquet, catering, and housekeeping teams to ensure spaces meet our standards
• Move, organize, and store banquet equipment, supplies, and furnishings efficiently
• Respond to requests from staff and guests during events with professionalism and urgency
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or cleanliness concerns promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and evenings for events
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, event services, or related fields is beneficial
