Role Overview

As a Baker at Crumbl Cookies, you'll be central to our daily operations, producing signature cookies and specialty items that define our brand. This hands-on role combines technical baking skills with creativity, taking place in a supportive, collaborative team environment. You'll experience variety throughout your shifts—from production work to decorating to supporting new menu launches—keeping every day engaging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and portion dough according to established recipes and company standards
• Operate baking equipment and monitor oven performance to ensure product consistency
• Decorate and finish cookies with attention to presentation and quality specifications
• Prepare ingredients and coordinate production during peak service periods
• Assist in developing and bringing new menu items and seasonal cookies to life
• Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards in the bakery area
• Support the customer-facing experience when needed
• Work collaboratively with crew members to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a commercial bakery, kitchen, or food preparation setting (helpful but not required)
• Precision, consistency, and genuine care about food quality
• Physical capability to stand throughout your shift, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and work in a warm baking environment
• Flexibility with scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and busier days
• Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for a dynamic workplace culture
• Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to full-time employment
• Willingness to learn new techniques and contribute ideas
