About the Role
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the liaison between our fleet operations and our vendor repair network. You'll oversee repair quality, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget. Your attention to detail and vendor management skills will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Monitor vendor performance on all assigned repair jobs, verifying completion standards and timeline adherence
- Evaluate incoming repair requests across our vehicle fleet, prioritizing by urgency and operational need
- Confirm that repairs meet agreed-upon specifications and pricing before authorization and closeout
- Communicate with vendor partners to resolve discrepancies, negotiate rates, and maintain productive relationships
- Track repair progress and document outcomes for fleet records and cost analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve repair efficiency and reduce fleet downtime
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple vendors
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance terminology
- Proven ability to manage schedules, timelines, and vendor accountability
- Detail-oriented approach to quality control and cost management
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic data entry
- Reliability and flexibility to work the required schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 4:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
