About the Role
As an Auto Parts Counter Sales representative, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice behind the counter at Parks Auto Parts in Charleston. Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in and phone customers and assist them in selecting the correct auto parts for their vehicles.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the front counter.
- Look up parts using catalogs and inventory systems to match customer requirements.
- Answer questions about availability, fitment, and pricing for aftermarket components.
- Support the team in maintaining an organized, well-stocked counter and sales area.
Qualifications
