About the Role

Step into a boutique where every visit is a taste of Italy. As a Venchi Sales Associate in San Diego, you'll introduce customers to over 145 years of artisanal confectionery heritage — from hand-crafted chocolates to freshly made gelato. This part-time position starts at a base of $18.20/hr. Stores nationwide report earning an additional $6–$8/hr in tips, putting typical total pay at $24.20–$26.20/hr.

What You'll Do

• Greet and guide customers through Venchi's curated selection of premium chocolates, gelato, and Italian confections
• Share confident product knowledge and personalized recommendations that reflect the brand's Italian craftsmanship
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and with care
• Keep displays stocked, clean, and visually compelling in line with Venchi's brand standards
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily sales targets while sustaining a warm, energetic store atmosphere
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and general store upkeep as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a guest-facing role is an advantage
• A genuine passion for artisan food, quality ingredients, or Italian culture
• Clear, friendly communication and a talent for building rapport with customers
• Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
