About the Role
As Athletics & Activities and Community Education Support Personnel, you will provide essential operational and logistical assistance across the district's athletic, extracurricular, and community education programs. Reporting to the Director and Assistant Director of Athletics and Activities and the Community Education Coordinator, you will work closely with coordinators, administrative assistants, and building and district administrators to ensure events and activities are well organized and welcoming for students, families, and community members in Urbandale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of athletics, activities, and community education programming.
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site logistics for athletic contests and district activities.
- Help coordinate schedules, communications, and resources alongside program coordinators and administrative staff.
- Carry out guidance and direction from athletics and community education leadership and assigned administrators.
- Provide responsive, professional service to students, families, and community participants.
