About the Role
As Associate Director of the Office of the President, you will serve as a strategic partner to our organization's leadership, overseeing complex projects that span research, advisory, and corporate strategy. This role demands a sophisticated understanding of global politics combined with operational discipline—you'll translate executive vision into coordinated initiatives while maintaining alignment across our leadership team and key departments.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic initiatives championed by the Office of the President from planning through successful completion
- Synthesize geopolitical developments and global political intelligence to inform senior-level decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across research, advisory services, and communications teams
- Develop briefing materials and strategic analysis on pressing geopolitical issues for executive leadership
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining deliverable quality
- Facilitate communication between the President's office and business unit leaders across the organization
- Support strategic planning sessions, board presentations, and executive-level engagements
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in global politics, geopolitics, international relations, or foreign policy
- 3–5 years of professional experience in strategic project management, policy advisory, or consulting roles
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex geopolitical issues and communicate insights clearly to senior audiences
- Proven capability to manage ambiguity, drive projects independently, and coordinate across organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives and boards
- Master's degree in international relations, public policy, political science, or related field preferred
