About the Role

Parexel is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee Flexible Staffing Program (FSP) clinical operations. You'll manage FSP Clinical Operations managers and staff, own client account success, and drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent clinical projects. This is a hands-on leadership position that balances team development with direct accountability for client outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Direct and mentor FSP Clinical Operations managers and their teams, fostering professional growth and performance excellence
• Own primary client account relationships, ensuring transparent communication, on-time delivery, and quality standards are consistently met
• Align operations strategy with FSP Clinical business objectives, translating company goals into executable team initiatives
• Identify and assign qualified clinical operations staff to client projects, matching expertise with project needs and timeline constraints
• Implement retention and development strategies to build institutional knowledge and reduce turnover
• Monitor project delivery timelines and quality metrics, troubleshooting obstacles and ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, compliance, and finance teams to optimize operations and profitability

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of clinical operations, project management, or team leadership experience, ideally in CRO, clinical research, or staffing environments
• Proven success managing and developing operations teams of 5+ people
• Strong client relationship management skills with ability to handle complex stakeholder dynamics
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to project delivery and quality assurance
• Experience with resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce optimization
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
