Machine Operator

You'll operate and monitor machinery on the manufacturing floor, ensuring consistent output while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment to prevent downtime
• Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure they meet customer standards
• Record production data, cycle times, and equipment performance accurately
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues, escalating when necessary
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work station
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members about equipment status or concerns

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing production role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Reliability and consistency—we need someone we can count on to show up and perform
• Proactive mindset; you take initiative to solve problems and improve processes
• Ability to work full time and adapt to shift schedules as needed
• Basic math skills and familiarity with production metrics
