What You'll Do
Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a high-performing team to meet the business needs of both culinary and retail operations.
Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Aid in the development plans to support individual and team growth.
Create memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty by representing Sur La Table’s brand and culture.
Stay current on products through active engagement in available training and independently seeking out additional resources for expertise.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a passionate individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail management or a related field, along with a genuine enthusiasm for cooking and sharing good food.
