Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh desserts, pastries, and baked goods for daily à la carte and dining service.
- Produce specialty creations for weddings, banquets, and member events.
- Support dessert programs for golf outings and wine dinners.
- Decorate and plate pastries with consistency, precision, and an eye for presentation.
- Introduce fresh ideas and seasonal concepts to keep our offerings inventive.
- Collaborate closely with the broader culinary team to maintain quality and timing.
