The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN Designee) to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living LLC. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations including Orange, Southport, Norwalk, and Darien, Connecticut. The role is designed for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of nursing staff and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel.
• Ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• RN license required; current and valid Connecticut registration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
