About the Role

The Admissions Counselor/Assistant Director will serve as a key member of Brandeis University's recruitment effort, acting as an ambassador for the institution across on-campus and off-campus admissions programs. You'll own a designated recruitment territory, developing strong relationships within high schools, educational networks, and community partnerships to identify and engage prospective students who would thrive in our academic community.

What You'll Do

• Deliver public presentations and lead recruitment activities at high schools, college fairs, and community events across your assigned region
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective students and their families during the admissions process
• Partner with secondary school counselors and educational representatives to promote Brandeis University's undergraduate programs
• Identify, contact, and evaluate prospective applicants aligned with the University's enrollment priorities
• Participate in on-campus admissions events and student recruitment programming
• Support enrollment goals through strategic outreach and relationship management
